During this days, the new automatic system of a cheese factory located in Romania is starting.
Pimmel S.r.l. has done all the automation and control system for all processing phases.
Managed by HMI the phases of milk delivery, pasteurization, storaging of raw cream and fermentated milk, ricotta cheese production, yogurt and cheese.
Also realised the system of washing and sanitising from two CIP (Cleaning In Place).
